Sleeping

We have a new video monitor that provides us with loads of entertainment. Avery's favorite sleeping position is with her face in the bed and butt up in the air. Tonight she fell asleep with her Dolly on her chest. Is it crazy we love to watch our baby sleep?

First Steps

Avery took her first (many) steps tonight at Grandma and Grandpa's house with all of us cheering her on. At first she only took a few steps but within about 5 minutes she was walking across the room. She made it look easy!

Contained

This was my new idea for Avery today. All she wants to do is cruise around the furniture. So now she just cruises in a circle and plays with her toys. 

Avery's First Birthday

Sorry this post is week late but it is never to late for some adorable cake pictures. We celebrated Avery's first birthday last weekend with a cookout with family and friends. It was a perfect day and a great party. Avery was not very interested in the cake - she would touch it with only one finger and really only ate the icing.
