We struggle like all parents to get our child to eat fruits and vegetables. It helps when the fruit is so very entertaining!! 

Hilton Head vacation

I posted pictures on facebook but forgot to put them here. We had a great time visiting Hilton Head a few weeks ago. Avery enjoyed the beach, pool, and riding bikes. It was a nice getaway for all of us! 

Pumpkin picking

We had a great fall morning spent at the pumpkin patch. It included riding a little train, a hayride, feeding animals, and picking out pumpkins. It was a first time experience for both Avery and Ivan! This will be a repeat in the years to come. 

New hairstyle

Ivan has been working hard to be the daddy that does his girl's hair - watching YouTube videos and practicing a lot. He succeeded today - what an awesome Daddy!! 

A wild day at the zoo with Dad!

Ivan is finishing up lots of major med school things this week so he took a rewarding trip to the zoo today with Avery!

Ivan noticed that we take a lot of pictures of Avery but not many with Avery. We rarely have a picture with all three of us. So we decided to dress up a bit and take our nice camera over to grandma and grandpa's house for a little mini photo shoot. Here are a few of the good shots.
