Catch up

Sorry for disappearing I am not sure why I have bee neglecting this Blog. Life just gets away from you quickly. 

This was an awesome weekend. Avery and I took a mini vacation to Indy with our friends Laura and Peter. We hit the zoo on Friday and the Children's museum on Saturday. 

Hanging out with Talia

Avery and I are having a wonderful time in Milwaukee hanging out with Talia and Carl. We have had great weather and conversation. Avery has discovered that she can walk around Talia's house in a circle! So much fun!!! 

Hater of Sand

I do not have any cute pictures of Avery walking the beach for you today because Avery hates sand!! She would not walk with her shoes on or off and refused to touch the sand. Our trip to the dunes consisted of sitting on a blanket for 20 minutes and then going back to the hotel pool. 

We did make it to Talia and Carl's place and had a nice evening catching up! Hopefully some cute pictures tomorrow. 

The Dunes

PAvery and I spent the morning in Fishers going to the farmer's market and playing with cousins. We then hit the road and drove to Portage Indiana. Avery was awesome and slept close to three hours in the car. We headed to the dunes for lunch and then to our hotel to check in, we hit the hotel pool and by 7pm my girl was down for the night. We are having a great time but it does wear you out traveling alone with a baby. 

Tomorrow morning we are going back to the beach and the headed to see Talia. 

Road Trip

Avery and I have embarked out on our first road trip. We are headed to Milwaukee to visit our friend Talia. We left Bloomington this afternoon and made our first stop in Fishers to visit the Smiths. Avery loves playing with her cousins! I will try and upload pictures of our adventures!!!

 

Technology

Start them young with technology. 

Sleeping

We have a new video monitor that provides us with loads of entertainment. Avery's favorite sleeping position is with her face in the bed and butt up in the air. Tonight she fell asleep with her Dolly on her chest. Is it crazy we love to watch our baby sleep?
