8 years of marriage

Ivan and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary today! We are two totally different people than we were 8 years ago but I love him now more than ever. We had a wonderful dinner out downtown and have had a great week hanging out as a family! 

First trip to the zoo

Avery had her first trip to the zoo today! She skipped her morning stroller nap because there was just too much to look at. So many kids running around and neat animals to watch. I see many more zoo outings in our future!

Family Vacation

Avery and I are having a great week in San Antonio with family. Avery is having fun with her cousins - they keep her entertained! We walked the river walk last night and had a great dinner outside! Headed to the zoo today and some time in the pool. It is nice to spend a week playing with my girl. 

Baby on Board

We successfully arrived in San Antonio! All three of us are exhausted. Avery did great but only slept for about 40 minutes all day. Mom and I had the full time job of entertaining her - attention span of about 3 minutes. We are renting a house with a pool - which Avery has already enjoyed. Looking forward to a great week with family. 

Going to miss Daddy

Avery and I are headed to Texas tomorrow. Excited and nervous about the trip- first real travel with a baby. Ivan is staying behind to study. He spent some quality time with his girls today. We will miss him.
